Out with the old, in with the new.
Dust Bunny Studios is no more. In hindsight, the name wasn’t all that great of a choice but it served its purpose for a good 8 years. Time for a change.
Nothing has changed in terms of how business is conducted, current projects or client support. The change is really in name only, so you are still in the same good hands you have been in all these years.
I look forward to continuing to be of service to my current clients as well as taking on new projects and challenges with new clients.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Cheers.
How can we help you today?
For a small business, organization or individual, there is nothing more daunting than the task of sorting out how to create a web presence. You hear about it in magazines, journals, and from friends and collegues. People are pitching SEO, Social Networking and hosting services to you from every direction. The underlying message you are getting is that to be successful in this day and age, you must have a website.
They’re right.
The days of looking for services in the phone book are a fleeting memory for most, in fact that book itself has become everyone’s favourite cost-effective paperweight. With the continued advancement of technology and accessibility via smartphones, tablets and laptops, you can bet people are using digital search methods to find what they need. However a website is more than just some code on page with text and pictures, it’s a marketing pitch and your first impression.
People need to find you online, and then they need to be able to navigate and use your site to find what they want. Whether that is simply contact information and services you offer, or the eCommerce process of finding the right product and completing the sale. Your site needs the personal attention that your company deserves, to assess your needs, goals and desired functionality.
That’s where we come in.
With marketing, design and development expertise, we can take you from start to finish through the entire process. What you will end up with is a consistent image and branding to market your company with, through a website that provides what your prospective customers want and ultimately connects them with you to seal the deal. We don’t make promises and guarantees about site traffic or people to your business, but we can guarantee you is an effective website that meets your needs at a fair and affordable price.
Let’s start a conversation and see what we can do for you to make the most of your online presence.
RE/MAX of Michigan – Discover Your Treasure
I was delighted to be able to be of service once again to the RE/MAX of Michigan team for the design and development of their annual regional conference website. Each year, they select a theme and then provide me with a logo, and the rest is up to me.
I enjoy the creative challenge this presents, and their themes have been very colourful and fun to work with. This year’s theme was pirates, and so I carried that through into the design of the website, but avoided it becoming campy or overdone with the theme.
The large counter was a new addition this year because the site goes live typically late in the previous year for the spring event. This site launched in November 2011 for their February 2012 conference.
New Client – BondiBand.com
I am delighted to be working with the ladies behind the amazing BondiBand, offering them website support, design and development as needed. I hope to be able to help them grow their business even further! Check out their website, you might just find yourself placing an order.
RE/MAX of Michigan – Cheers to Success
This was a fun project, in part because of the desired look and feel which was based off the logo and slogan design, which were provided to me. It immediately reminded me of a retro, 50s or 60s feel, and so that was what I looked for when choosing a background pattern. In the end it all came together nicely, and the color scheme though shocking at first, really isn’t so bad when all put together.
Content was provided to me, but the page layout, design and coding were all my own work.
